JS Prom Reminders

@Invitations
This is the OFFICIAL INVITATION and will serve as your SOUVENIR to the PROM. DO NOT LOSE IT; we CANNOT provide a replacement. Without it, you won't be able to enjoy the ease of registration, the photobooths and the election of Prom Prince and Princess.

Each passport is personalized; your name and some personal information is on the inside front cover. We ask for your understanding if there are incorrect spelling or inaccurate information;we assure you we have done our best to be as precise as possible.

You may want to put a picture of yours on the space provided to make it more personalized.

The first page contains the particulars of the JS Prom. The JS Prom is on Feb. 5, 2011 (Saturday_ at the Wack-Wack Golf and Country Club Pavilions A & B, Mandaluyong City.

Registration starts at 5PM and the program will begin at 630PM.

There is a Formal Picture Booth and two (2) photobooths and they are open from 5PM-630PM and 10PM-12MN (during dancing). They will be closed during the program proper.

The photobooths are free but to give everyone a chance, a single passport is needed to be stamped for a set of pictures; whether the set consists of a group, couple, or individual.
The formal picture booth can accommodate individuals, couples or small groups. there will be a professional photographer on site unlike the machine-run photobooths. Ordering, printing and selling of the formal pictures will be done.

Tip: Arrive with your date or friends early, preferably 5PM so as to avail of the photobooths and formal pictures while there is not much people/

Next, we have the STAMPING page. Then next are the ballots for the Prom Prince and Princess. It is perforated so just tear the ballots during the voting on Prom Night after the nominees are announced. Do not tear them beforehand so as not to lose them. Next ar ethe pages/sleeves for your Prom pictures.

At the inside back cover are the VERY IMPORTANT REMINDERS. The DO is reminding us that the JS Prom is an official activity which means the PSHS CODE OF CONDUCT applies at the Prom venue.

At the lower part is your unique barcode which will be scanned upon entry to the Pavilion. PLEASE DO NOT TAMPER WITH THE BARCODE since it is very sensitive. We have already tested each barcoded passport. IF YOU DO NOT HAVE YOUR PASSPORT OR IF YOUR PASSPORT WILL NOT BE READ BY THE BARCODE MACHINE, YOU WILL HAVE A DIFFICULT TIME ENTERING THE VENUE!

You may want to buy an ordinary passport jacket from any National Bookstore outlet. It is strongly recommended by the council that you do so that the BARCODE will not be soiled.

Inserted is the MAP to the venue and a CAR PASS for those who need one. Please write PSHS JS PROM on the applicable blank on the CAR PASS.

Watch out for JS Prom posters and announcements within the week. If you have questions or clarifications, just approach any 2011 or 2012 batch officer or our Batch Advisers Sir Nat and Ma'am Cion.
