My dear students/parents, I would like to ask for your understanding regarding the delay of the Career Plan Form which is supposed to be submitted when the Report Cards will be claimed on March 31 (Thurs). Unfortunately, I have been preoccupied with meetings/paperwork on the promotion/dismissal of 2012 students and our FINAL NEWSLETTER. The Career Plan submission is extended to ENROLLMENT in June (?); rest assured I will post/email the Career Plan Form by March 27(Sun) midnight. Please be reminded that the DEADLINE on the orders for the Batch Shirt (P200) and Prom Video and Photo Coverage (P200) is on March 27(Sun) midnight. I have cleared everyone as Batch Adviser and Math 4 Teacher. Nevertheless, you will NOT be able to claim your REPORT CARD on MARCH 31 if:
(a) you will not submit your career plan
(b) your class have not submitted your Scrapbook
(c) you have NOT settled your accountabilities (e.g. fees) with the Batch.
Career Plan form and accountabilities will be uploaded into your blogspots or emailed to your yahoogroups not later than March 25. Please be patient. Think of your Career Plan very thoroughly.
Career Plan forms will be uploaded by sir nat and emailed not later than March 25. He'll leave a copy at the guard house. You may also fill it up on the spot on March 31.

Clearance Process
NO INDIVIDUAL CLEARANCE FORMS SHALL BE GIVEN.
THIS IS OUR ONE-STEP CLEARANCE PROCESS.
The Reg will post the E-base generated report that will show all students' names with accountabilities on March 22, 9 am.
If you have accountabilities, you must obtain a Clearance Form-A from the Reg.
You must personally settle your accountabilities with the teachers and/or Administrative Office concerned.
If you're name does not appear, you have been cleared and all you have to do is come on Cardgiving day, March 31. Time and venue TBA.
Students with accountabilities that have accomplished their Clearance form will keep the form and present it to the Reg on Cardgiving Day only.
