Inauguration speech ni ---------

1. Batch and Class Funds
Each person is required to pay P25 on Monday, Homeroom period. JJ, our treasurer, will
collect.As in required talaga.
If we don't pay P150 to the batch funds, Sir Nat will kill us. @-)
You can also pay in advance, i think. P1000 ung whole year. P100 ang one month.

2. Batch Shirt
Our Family Day will be on Sept. 4. We need to have a batch shirt so, please make some
designs. There will be a cash prize! :> Go na! Para galing sa Cesium. B-)
This year, we'll be having not one, but TWO winning shirt designs. =D> Everyone is
required to buy AT LEAST one. It's better if you buy TWO so that we'll have more profits.
The prices of the shirts will be cheaper din daw. :> Tentative deadline of the shirt
designs is on the 2nd week of July. Mechanics shall be posted next week. Keno said na
Red daw ung color?

3. Prom Committee
If you want to have the AWESOME-ST JS PROM EVER, please join. :> All you need to join is
a good academic standing, and commitment.
So there will be 8 committees. You need to be in 2 committees and you need to be present
in all the meetings. 8D
If you're interested, tell me your name, contact no and email add on or before June 21,
3:20 pm!

4. Requirements
The Secretary (Fatima S.) should email the list of all major requirements due for the
following week every Saturday to Sir Nat. I already gave her his official email add so :-bd
Fatima, you'll be doing this for every single Saturday of your 3rd year life. :D

The major requirements include LT's, Research Work, Papers, etc. It doesn't include
homeworks, okay. Check the blogspot na lang for hws. :>
This is to keep track of our requirements and so we won't be overloaded with them.
Every Homeroom period, we'd all allot a few minutes to remind the class of the stuff
that would be due on that week.

P.S. Fatima, maybe you can also post it here after? And can you offlien message, IM or
text me so i'd know if you emailed it already. 8D

5. Batch Council Stuff
So we still don't have our Batch Pres. Filing of candidacy is next week so if you want
awesome projects for our awesome batch, please avoid voting abstain. And run for
presidency if you want. 8D The Miting de Avance will be on July 2. Elections will be
on July 5. If abstain wins again, i think Lance (Batch VP) will be Pres?

6. Tree Planting
On June 28, Monday, the first 2 periods (STR and Filipino) will be used for our tree-
planting activity. Please come to school in "planting attire". 8D Bring your uniform
and school shoes coz you'll be changing into them after. The 3rd and 4th periods
(MATH 4! and English) might also be free. We might hold our batch congress at that time,
though.

7. Acquaintance Party
Where: ASTB Exhibit Hall
When: June 25, 2010, 3:30 - 6:00 pm (includes preparation time and clean-up time)

Payment:
You are entitled to 3 choices. Average amount is P200. If you think na that's too much,
you can give P150. If you're feeling generous or kung kaya mo, P250 or more! Please
keep in mind that the amount you pay can affect our food. :)) This is due on Wednesday
or Thursday. You can start paying on Monday na.

Food:
According to sir, we'll resort to food delivery. Nicole's mom will also assist us with
the food, along with some other helpful parents. The foods that we agreed upon a while
ago was: McDo (fries and nuggets), Pizza Hut (with the palm card and pepsi stuff),
sushi (MIGS PLEASE HELP US WITH THIS DAW! MAY ALAM KA DAW NA PLACE EH), Cake (KENO, PLEASE
HANDLE THIS! WE CAN PAY DAW.), Ice cream (if papayag ung caf to store it or something),
drinks (Sir will check on this.). If you have a large cooler, you can volunteer!
Other suggestions are welcome as long as it will fit our budget. 8D

Activities:
Sir will facilitate the games. JR said he'll bring twister. Maybe we should change clothes
or something if the games are like that?

Gadgets:
Please be reminded that if you're going to bring cameras, gaming consoles, and other
gadgets, please get a permit slip DAYS BEFORE Friday. :D

Parents:
According to Nicole's mom, also our PTA Pres., they'll conduct a meeting/sort of party?
along with the students some time in July to discuss certain PTA stuff like prom, etc.
But they are not required to join us next week. 8D

Misc:
I WANT COOL NAMETAGS, TOO! D: And other fun stuff. :P

After party:
TAKE NOTE: THIS IS OPTIONAL AND NOT REQUIRED. :))
After cleaning up our mess from the acque, we can go to Trinoma and watch Toy Story 3
together with Daddy! I don't know if pati dinner? :))
So if you wanna join, please tell me by Wednesday so that we can reserve seats or something.
We can ride JR's car for transpo? If we can't fit, we can also use my car.
Yay. :>

9. PE
Hindi pumayag si Sir Daj na ilipat ang PE natin sa Wednesday because of conflicting schedules.
OUR PE CLASS WILL REMAIN TO BE ON THURSDAY, SAME TIME.
