Clearance Process

NO INDIVIDUAL CLEARANCE FORMS SHALL BE GIVEN.
THIS IS OUR ONE-STEP CLEARANCE PROCESS.

The Reg will post the E-base generated report that will show all students' names with accountabilities on March 22, 9 am.

If you have accountabilities, you must obtain a Clearance Form-A from the Reg.

You must personally settle your accountabilities with the teachers and/or Administrative Office concerned.

If you're name does not appear, you have been cleared and all you have to do is come on Cardgiving day, March 31. Time and venue TBA.

Students with accountabilities that have accomplished their Clearance form  will keep the form and present it to the Reg on Cardgiving Day only.

Batch Clearance:
We're cleared na for the scrapbook.
Students who didn't go to the outbound must answer the worksheet and give personally to sir nat.
Sponsored students must give their thank you note for the benefactors to sir nat.
